A lot of people in the world experience awful pain in their joins. This joint pain usually occurs in the knees, shoulders or their elbows. Some people think that this pain occurs as a result of the aging process.
But, wait – we’ve all seen many different young people who have joint pain as well, even at the age of 20. So, is the aging process the only reason or is there something else as well? Some medical studies have found that joint pain occurs as a result of trauma, heavy lifting, fractures, arthritis, rheumatism, and many other health factors. This problem can happen even while you sleep.
- Hot mustard
- Baking soda
- Sea salt
Take one plastic/ ceramic or wooden tablespoon. Get all of the ingredients and stir them together till you get a good homogeneous mixture. Place it in an empty cream jar or some other packaging and you are done with the preparation of this great remedy.
How to use it:
Apply some of the homemade cream on the affected area, put a plastic bag over and wrap it with a woolen cloth, preferably a scarf. But, make sure you tie it loose. Leave the cream on for 1.5-2 hours.
It is best if you do this before you go to bed, because during the night you do not move the joints, and they can heal better. You can rinse the area in the morning.
