What causes bloated belly?

4. Eating fast
Food that has been chewed partially is digested slowly, and thus you get bloated. It is simple as that. So, you need to take small bites, and chew them very well.
Excessive carbs consumption might contribute to your bloated belly problem. Consider consuming low-carb foods, and avoid sugar and alcohol intake. Eat more fresh veggies and fruits.
